A little snippet of the Pre fight warm up from my brother @_arjanhajdari for his his @wbcmuaythai_germany national Pro title fight.
His opponent was a southpaw so his Trainer @ajarnharry made a good Gameplan to attack a lot with the right side.
The warming up process for Arjan was to get ...the attacks going and getting him in the zone.
For around a year now I've the chance to work with Arjan and Harry helping them with the preparation and cornering. And it still amaze me what magic they put together....
And I'm very thankful to be part of their journey.🙏🙏🙏

What a day. Today we had the honor to learn from the King of Muay Khao @yothinhamuthai reigning Rajadamnern Champion and Headcoach of @fagroup_muaythai
His style of teaching hand breaking down his Technics into pieces makes even more complex Technics easy to understand. We really had a great ...time and learned a lot.
On top of that Yothin is such a nice and humble person you want to have around you. If you ever get the chance to attend to one of his seminars or to host one I can't recommend enough to do so. You will learn from one of the best of the most important parts in Muay Thai.
